Talks - Alva BC 640
TALKS DRIVER FOR SYMBIAN PHONES
This Driver for Talks is developed for phones running Symbian 3rd and 5th edition.
1. Installation
Optelec ALVA BC6
1. Install the driver to MEMORY CARD (the Braille.sisx file can be installed by sending it to the phone via Bluetooth or by using the Nokia PC Suite - please refer to your Symbian system’s User Manual)
2. In the phone’s Bluetooth menu pair the Optelec ALVA BC6 with the phone.
3. Restart the phone to connect the Optelec ALVA BC6
2. Key assignments
Below is a list of hotkeys which can be used on the Optelec ALVA BC6.
T = Thumbkey
Sp = Smartpad
eTouch = eTouch
Note: When you would like to use the Braille keyboard on the BC640 Feature Pack, you have to press thumbkey 1 and 5 together to switch input mode on. By default this option is disabled.
